Get,Set and Go:
•Grind lotus stem(kamal kakdi) in mixer grinder along with garlic cloves, coriander,ginger and green chillies.(add very little water for easy run)
•Now take boiled potatoes and mesh them thoughrouly with hands.
•Add cornflour, garam masala,black pepper,chat masala,salt,coriander powder to meshed potatoes.
•Now add the lotus stem paste to potatoes and mix again.
•Now take ice cream Sticks,take some batter in hand and mould it around the sticks nicely, like you do with kababs.
•Refrigerate for about 45-60 min to gain crispiness.
•Now deep fry the kababs along with sticks till golden brown on low flame.
•Serve hot with mint chutney and tomato ketchup.
