• 1 and 1/2 cup Rice flour
• 2 tbspn gram flour (besan)

Get,Set and Go:
•In a mixing bowl, take rice flour and gram flour (besan).
•Add curd and consistent amount of water to it.
•Grind cucumber and spinach in mixer grinder.
•Add this paste to curd-water mixture
•Add salt to taste and black pepper.
•Rest the mixture for about 10 minutes.
•Now heat the non-stick pan and pour oil onto it.
•Now taking the small amount of mixture and spread it over the pan (like besan ka cheela or dosa).
•Turn it around till it is golden from one side.
•Your cucumber spinach pancake is on the go,serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
